A Poem of Love, Respect, and Adoration
It is time for me to write about you, as I desire
For all those who wrote about you before me
They did not know the principles of writing
And all those who read about you before me
They did not know how to read about women
And the eloquence of the feminine letters
But I will do things differently, for I admire
The beauty and strength that you embody
I will not be ignorant or shallow or conspire
To belittle or misunderstand, no, never
I will listen and learn and strive to inspire
Others to see you as I do, with love and clarity
Your worth is immeasurable, your spirit a fire
That burns bright and fierce, unbreakable and true
You deserve to be seen and heard, to inspire
Others with your words and actions, so new
I will write about you with honesty and desire
And let the world see all that you can do
So here is my tribute, my love, my entire
