Let me love you my way,
In ways that you’ve never known,
Through the calmness and the hustle,
Through the ups and through the downs.
In my rebellion, in my madness,
In my cunningness, in my naughtiness,
I’ll write a new love constitution,
Infringing all passion rituals.
I’ll throw away the old rulebook,
And write its terms as I wish,
For love is not a game to play,
But a feeling to cherish and relish.
If you didn’t like it, I’ll start over,
And love you anew once again,
With a heart that’s true and unwavering,
And a soul that’s free from pain.
Let our love be unconventional,
A journey that’s uniquely our own,
A beautiful love story,
That’s written in the stars above.
