There was a man who gave his all
To a girl who stood so small
He gave her life and everything he had
But she was ungrateful and never glad

He worked hard day and night
To give her the best and make everything right
But she only cared for her own desires
Leaving him to toil with tires and tires

He loved her deeply, with all his heart
But she never saw and tore it apart
She took and took without a thought or care
Leaving him to suffer and burden to bear

But despite it all, he never gave up
He kept on going and filled her cup
He hoped and prayed for her to see
The love and sacrifice he had for thee

But alas, it was not meant to be
She remained blind to his generosity
She only cared for her own gain
Leaving him behind in immense pain
