The World: A Dangerous Game
Beware of its Tricks and Traps
What do you want from life, to own it all?
Do you see how fast it will befall?
With tricks and deceit, what a cost!
Its promises break, and war will be lost.
Though you may be pure, still it’s unclean
And there’s no peace, no truth to be seen
Magic and sadness, a dangerous show
Beware when you’re trapped, and away you must go.
If it calls and tempts with its lies
Deceitful and false are its alibis
Don’t be fooled by its charming facade
Beneath its beauty, destruction is stored.
Oh, my love, do not be equal in might
We strive towards it, with all of our sights
Though our efforts may fail and lead to despair
Betrayal and wickedness, a cruel mother to bear.
All who seek it, poisoned by greed
Their souls were consumed in this wicked deed
A disastrous choice, with no way back
No regrets taken, no one to attack.
